By accessing or using GPU Dynamo ("the Service"), operated by D2D Advisory, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GPU Dynamo is a cloud GPU pricing comparison platform. We collect, aggregate, and display publicly available pricing data from GPU cloud providers. The Service is offered in three tiers: Free, Basic ($29/month), and Premium ($149/month).
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

GPU pricing data is collected from publicly available sources through automated means and is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that pricing data is complete, current, or error-free. Prices may change at any time at the discretion of individual cloud providers.
The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or purchasing advice. You should verify pricing directly with providers before making purchasing decisions.
The Service, including its design, code, aggregation methodology, and original analysis, is the property of D2D Advisory, Inc. Underlying pricing data belongs to the respective cloud providers. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use data within your subscription tier for your own internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D2D Advisory, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
